My Journey to Psychotherapy
“I discovered my interest in human nature and psychotherapy only after building a successful career as an IT consultant in the financial sector. My effectiveness in that professional environment was based on a genuine desire to understand clients’ needs. I enjoyed interacting with people and helping them, but I felt a need for something deeper.

In 2009, I took my first psychology course, and my path became crystal clear: supporting people in their most significant life moments is my true calling. This journey continues today. Together with my clients, I am constantly learning and growing, expanding my set of therapeutic tools in order to better meet their changing needs.

Today I live between two countries—Oslo (Norway) and Torrevieja (Spain). I highly value the power of human connection and prefer a hybrid format of work. This allows me to meet clients in person whenever possible, while complementing therapy with the flexibility of online sessions.”
