Integrative therapy is a holistic form of psychotherapy and personal development that considers the whole person in the context of their life situation and personal history.
The method is based on a unified theoretical framework that makes it possible to draw on knowledge and methods from several therapeutic approaches, helping to avoid one-sidedness in both thinking and choice of methods. Integrative therapy is informed by research on trauma, neurology, psychology and more.
In integrative therapy, we work in a resource-oriented way, using body-oriented and arts-based methods, cognitive and behavioural approaches, mindfulness, as well as elements from gestalt therapy and psychodrama. Therapy can be offered both individually and in groups.
